IU Health Bloomington, the Monroe County Health Department, the City of Bloomington, Community Voices for Health (a project of the Community Justice and Mediation Center and BHF), and HealthNet Bloomington Health Center are partnering to host the 2021 Monroe County Community Health Needs Assessment. The results of the assessment will pinpoint critical local health issues and drive the efforts to improve those conditions for the next three years.
Input from the community is critical to determine the greatest health needs facing Monroe County. Answers are completely anonymous and the survey takes 10-12 minutes to complete.
